Terms & Conditions

1. About CalcAI

CalcAI is operated by Calc AI Ltd. Our calculators are informational tools only. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not provide regulated financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

2. Accuracy of calculator outputs

Calculator outputs are estimates based on publicly available UK government data. Rates, thresholds, and constants are updated quarterly and carry a “verified as of” date. Always confirm any figure with a qualified professional before making a financial decision. Calc AI Ltd accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on calculator outputs.

3. Lead-generation and introducer disclosures

Where you submit a quote-request form, CalcAI acts as a pure introducer under PERG 8.33 of the FCA Perimeter Guidance Manual. We pass your contact details and relevant calculator inputs to a regulated or certified partner firm. We do not conduct a fact-find, give advice, or receive commission tied to specific product recommendations.

Current introducer partners:

  • Solar & Heat Pump: MCS-certified installer networks (partner to be named on signing — see tool page)
  • Stamp Duty: SRA-regulated conveyancing solicitor panels
  • MTD: ICAEW/ACCA-qualified accountant directories
  • Pension / IFA: FCA-authorised independent financial adviser networks (FCA FRN on file)

Partner firms are solely responsible for any advice given following introduction. CalcAI is not party to any contract between you and a partner firm.

4. Advertising

CalcAI displays advertising via Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly labelled. CalcAI does not endorse advertised products or services.

5. Intellectual property

All CalcAI content, calculator logic, and AI-generated explanations are the intellectual property of Calc AI Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may share results for personal use but may not reproduce or commercialise any content without written permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
